Legal Question in Business Law in California
I am an Independent Advisor for a direct selling company. I collect sales tax for each sale and my company takes care of filing sales tax forms and paying the sales tax to the state/county/city. Most of my business involves doing home parties in the homes of my hostesses. Am I required to obtain a business license in my home city and am I required to obain a business license in my hostesses home city?
