Legal Question in Business Law in California

I have an independent contractor agreement written in the state of CO (I'm also a CO resident). I have some concerns about the contract with regard to a few points that seem to be non-compliant with CO law. I'd like to know how big these issues are and what I can do about it.

1. The contract states an HOURLY RATE, not a FIXED CONTRACT RATE

2. The contract does NOT list out the clauses required by the state of CO

3. The contract states that if I choose to sign contracts with other clients, I'm expected to notify them in writing.

Are these issues important? What should I do from here?

Your question specifies "California" and thus will be sent to attorneys licensed to practice in California, although it clearly requires answering by Colorado-licensed attorneys. I suggest you re-submit it as a Colorado question.
