How to inform a judge of perjury

How do I inform a judge of perjury in a civil declaration? I have telephone records and other documentation to show that the plaintiff on 10 different paragraphs committed perjury. Please answer.

Re: How to inform a judge of perjury

If the paragraphs you have in mind are in an unverified complaint, there is probably no basis or obvious way to get a judge to consider the truth or falsity of the statements outside of trial. Same is probably true of a verified complaint, for that matter, although possibly a collateral action could be brought. Generally, within the context of litigation, the truth or falsity of statements made in court documents must be argued and proven as part of the trial itself, rather than by trying to detach claims and accusations that are parts of the case and attempting to get them ruled on separately and beforehand.

There are limited exceptions, for example as to matters which affect the jurisdiction of the court to hear the matter.
