What does it mean when an information given states that there will be a court case M30 in California law?

I'm only guessing, because you didn't provide nearly enough information about the nature of the document or the context within which "M30" appears, but the main possibility that comes to mind is that "M30" is the department or courtroom number to which the case has been assigned for hearing or trial. A check of California cases does not show the expression "M30" being used.
