can this be invasion of privacy if a girl take a pic of her and her friend in their house in the bathroom wearing a bikini and they post on facebook and i copy it and repost on mine facebook and i believe i put it to private but can that be consider invasion of privacy, i know its the bathroom and her home but she take the pics and she post it on her facebook, can she sue me? and she didnt put anything on the description that said cant repost or anything

No.
All those people ignorant and foolish enough to post personal things or info on public forums have NO grounds to complain about them being spread around. That is the entire purpose of such public forums -- to stroke people's egos and self esteem by having lots of strangers looking at and admiring their 'lives' on line.
As long as someone doesn't make slanderous additions when forwarding or re-posting, nor make commercial use of them for profit, it is 'no harm, no foul'.
