Legal Question in Business Law in California
i just currently got a new job and there gonna do a backround search on me. im nineteen right now and i got in some trouble shoplifting when i was a juvinale in california and now live in texas. i was wondering that when the do the search that they can view my juvinale records or if those would be sealed and they would not have access to them.

Most attorneys would tell you, your past records may or may not be sealed. Only time will tell whether your new employer will get access to them or not. Consult with an attorney in your area for specific advice.
