I have a judgment against a defendant. The defendant is not paying the judgment voluntarily. Is a plaintiff entitled to its attorneys fees to collect a judgment?

If you were entitled to attorney fees as part of the judgment, then you may be able to get attorney fees to enforce it. Entitlement to attorney fees can come from an agreement (like a contract), or from a statute. Otherwise, the general "American Rule" is that each party pays for their own attorney fees.
