Legal Question in Business Law in California
I got my key copied, and received terrible service. My key only works one direction and now my ignition, majority of the time, has trouble starting. The copy I was given isn't even programmed to work in my ignition. So when I lost my key again, I'm left with a useless spare and a broken ignition still. When I called about the issue the man yelled at me, accusing me that it was my mistake, and hung up on me twice.

I am sorry to hear about your experience - I had a similar experience when I had the key replaced on my Ford Mustang. I would recommend that you cancel or dispute the payment with your credit card company if possible, and if not, consider filing a suit in small claims court.
