I am a commerical real estate broker who left a firm and was subsequently billed $2,000 for the expenses for signs and stationary on aproximately $7,000,000 worth of listings I obtained for the company. If my ex-manager gets a judgement, and I move to CA will the judgement follow me? Will it show on my credit profile? Thanx for your help.

If you allow this claim to be reduced to a judgment it will become part of your credit profile. Even if the judgment itself does not follow you to California, your credit profile will and the problems caused by having an outstanding judgment on your credit will remain even if you move to any other state.

You may want to consult an attorney regarding the possiblity of defenses to your ex-broker's claims.
