Probably two issues here; blocking a driveway and living in a travel trailer.
As to blocking a business driveway, if it's your driveway, that's probably legal, but if it's someone else's, blocking it would clearly be an unlawful trespass.
As to living in a travel trailer, this could involve violation of one or more local zoning and/or housing laws, and you'd have to inquire locally to see whether the travel trailer could be occupied long-term as a primary residence.
