Legal Question in Business Law in California

Legal Form Documentation

I am doing an advertiser that will be distributed to residential households, door-door. The companies I want to sign up, I am requiring a 3 month minimum contract. Is having them sign an invoice that states the contract is a 3 month minimum a valid document if I had to pursue them bailing out of there contract before that time was up?

Re: Legal Form Documentation

It sound as if you need a custom contract drafted instead.

Re: Legal Form Documentation

That will depend upon what the document says. Without knowing what you plan to write on your invoices there is no way to know whether they will be enforceable contracts once they have been signed.
