Lemon law

We have a printer on lease that is

unrepairable. Are we still

responsible for the remainder of

There is no lemon law for computers and peripherals.

Leases vary all over the map with respect to lessor responsibility for servicing and maintenance, from full responsibility to none whatsoever. You just have to read your lease to see what kind it is. For example, two of the more common terms used to distinguish or describe leases are "full service lease" which resembles what you get when you rent a car from Hertz or Avis for a week, and "financing lease" where the owner-lessor acts more like a bank and knows nothing about fixing your stuff.
