Legal Question in Business Law in California
Letter of Credit
I worked for an non profit organization and gauranteed a loan foor business purposes. The bank authorized the loan based on a letter of credit. I resigned my position, when the loan became due the bank did not execute the letter of credit and I was not in a position to repay the loan through the organization.since that time I was party to an lawsuit and loss. the case never got to court. How do I file a lawsuit against the bank, i presently cannot pay a retainer, but I need to pursue this. I have all necessary documentation for suit. Please give me some direction!

Re: Letter of Credit
I would be happy to speak with you and, if the facts are appropriate, (both as to liability and amount in controversy), may be willing to handle the case on a contingency, (percentage business). I am an experienced litigator in business and related matters.
Thank you.
