Legal Question in Business Law in California
I'm a licensed accupuncturist. I practice accupuncture and I use herbs in my practice. Recently, I developed herbal cigarettes to help cleanse the respiratory system. The herbal cigarettes have a tiny amount of tobacco in them, but mostly healing herbs. Is it legal for me to sell these in a store or online? Do I have to go through a legal process or get a permit somewhere in order to sell my product? And if so, do I have to list the ingredients?

You may not sell such herbal cigarettes with tobacco in them. And you may not give them to clients. You should also be very concerned about liability of selling any herbal cigarettes.
I fully agree. Tobacco is a heavily-regulated substance, perhaps primarily for the purpose of taxation, but nevertheless, regulated. By the way, if you are an acupuncturist, why don't you know how to spell it?
