One files a demurrer to an entire complaint or causes of action in the complaint if they fail to raise facts sufficient to sustain the complaint or cause of action.
These require legal prowess and, if you don't know how to file one, you probably will not be able to do it on your own. You might find examples at the law library, but even those must be tailored to the facts, legal theories and authorities relevant to your case.
