Legal Question in Business Law in California
Can I litigate against the owner of a business for hiding assets of a business listed on a judgment?
He claims he is no longer in business but I know he simply changed the name of the business that is listed on the judgment.
Thanks

Yes, if you have the evidence, you can have the Judgement amended to include the new name.
