Contractor may be filing lien on my property. Can I put property in LLC to prevent filing. He breached contract

Transfering your property to an LLC may be a fraudulent transfer. If the contractor has breached the contract, your best bet is to sue that contrator. If the contractor sues you, you need to file an answer and defend the case. You should immediately consult your own attorney to protect your legal rights.
