Legal Question in Business Law in California
LLC Question
We have good reason to believe that a LLC that is being handled by a family member who is the sole person on the acct. and is being dishonest and not forthcoming about it when we ask questions! If you can get back to me ASAP it would be greatly appreciated!!

Do you have an interest in this LLC? What is your concern and how does it affect you? What would you like to see done?
If you are a member of the LLC you have legal rights. Without knowing more it would be difficult to advise you. Please contact me with more information or if you would like help resolving this.
