Legal Question in Business Law in California
Loan
I gave someone a loan through my
corporation ''WMG'' to an individual. The
corp is not suspended can I still sue the
individual for the amount as he failed to
pay or sell the debt to another company
and sue? Please give me options

Previously answered. Another option besides assigning the claim - which might have unwanted tax consequences - is to cure the corporation's reason for suspension and apply for revivor.
