losing my house

I paid a company to help save my house and now they took my money and I can't get a hold of them. Im gonna lose my house now and I have no where to go. My daughter and I have major medical problems and now we will have no home. can I do anything

Unfortunately this, like foreclosure, is an epidemic. Besides complaining to the state's attorney general and filing a small claims lawsuit, it won't save your house.

You can call the lender and try to negotiate. You can also try bankruptcy. Sometimes lenders might be inclined to renegotiate a loan during or after a bankruptcy. It all depends on how much the house is worth, how much is owned, etc.
