Re: Loss of valuables on National US passenger Airline
If your the painting was checked with the airline they are responsible if it is lost or stolen. If they have ignored your demands for reimbursement I may be able to help. Usually once a company receives a letter from an attorney's office they know you are serious. This usually only cost about $300-$500 to resolve the matter or to come to the point were a lawsuit should be filed. If you are interested please feel free to give me a call at 888-563-8529. The call and consultation are free. I look forward to speaking with you.
