Legal Question in Business Law in California
I made a business deal with someone and now they want to keep my business and all the money i invested to start the business. we started the business with my money.

Business partners, lenders and investors sometimes do get grabby. Often, there is some justification. Less often, there is either no real justification at all, or, on the other hand, the grab is fully justified based upon the terms of the parties' agreement. Anyone attempting to advise you will need MUCH detail as to the terms of the parties' original deal and what has gone wrong.
