I made a deal with tow company to obtain a impounded vehicle we were to trade labor for a car. They sold the truck I was working on for trade.. Before they sold it they gave me the lien sale packet an I transfers title an Paid fees. In my name. Now they want me to pay 2000.00,$an won't give me the car can they keep it sconce its already in my name
