Ordinary timeshare maintenance fees would not be deductible by most individual taxpayers on their personal tax returns. If the timeshare were being used for a bona fide business purpose, the fees would generally be deductible as an expense of the business. See a competent tax preparer or advisor with details of your situation.

Ordinarily, time share maintenance fees are deductible as business expense if the time share was used for a bonafide business. For other circumstances, like when you want to have said timeshare maintenance fee deducted to your own personal tax return, it would be best to consult with an experienced tax lawyer or consultant to help you with the tax consequences and details.
