Mall lease is up for renewal

we own a bridal shop in a mall for

16years. our lease is up 1/09 and we

have a buyer for business. Buyer has

lots of money,but mall mgr will not

met untill we pay $52,ooo for

OPTION to renew or cosign new lease

You need lease reviewed to determine what landlord's obligations are on subletting and related matters, notwithstanding lease is coming up and selling business.
