Manufacturers Representative Protection Law
I need to know the Code statute that provides protection to Manufacturers Representatives so that when a company willfully withholds the representative's commission the can be held liable for three times the amount of the commission.

I think you are referring to the Independent Wholesale Sales Representatives Contractual Relations Act of 1990, which is found at Civil Code sections 1738.10 through 1738.17. The treble damages provision is found at 1738.15.
