In some states, it means Limited Liability Law Company, and identifies a law practice that is set up as an LLC, much like "PC" stands for "Professional Corporation." LLLCs are popular in Hawaii. In California, LLCs cannot be used to practice law.
Sometimes it just means someone hit the L key too many times.
