Misrepresenting Age on Contract
In California, if a minor represents his/her age on a contract, can the minor still avoid the contract?

By law the requirements for a binding contract are as follows: must be over the age of 18, of sound mind and have something of value in which to base the contract. So if you were under age and entered into a contract it is not legally binding, but they still might go after you or your parents to honor the contract.
