Missed appointment

Is there a law awarding monitary dammage if a company fails to make a missed appointment?

If you suffered damages then you may sue in negligence and or breach of contract.

There are also some specific statutory awards for certain types of missed appointments (such as if you are a consumer and a home service provider, i.e. cable, keeps missing it's 4 hour window). It really depends on the situation. If this is straight business to business, then most likely it would have to be a contractual breech where damages are suffered.
