How can I get my money back from a company who scammed me through false advertis

XXXXX claims that by buying their "Internet Business Toolbox", you will be able to start your own business in "as little as 30 minutes" and start earning money "immediately." The "30 minutes" they claim it took to get started took 4 months of arduous work. They claim they will register you with all the major search engines for free. When I requested this, they faxed me a list of search engines and told me to do it myself.

TV Commercial claims:

-Cost of starting internet business: $49.95

-Start business in 30 minutes

-Start earning money immediately

-They will register your business for you with largest search engines

Reality after trying it:

-Costs nearly $5000 to get started

-Takes 2 to 3 months, not 30 minutes, to get started

-Have not made a penny

-They do NOT register your business with search engines

Did they make these claims in writing or just in there ad? Have you confronted them with what has happened in writing? I would have to look at your documents and find out more facts from you, but a preliminary guess is that they are falsely advertising a service that they are failing to provide and making promises to their customers that they can't keep. Like I said, in order to go into more detail about how they defrauded you and the amount of damages you could get in court, I would have to speak with you.
