money

30 cents were left at our cashiering facility can we report it as ours or do we have to report and deposit to the state?

This comes under the heading of "De minimis non curat lex," legal Latin for "the law does not concern itself with trifles." If this were a law school exam question, you would have to write an essay about your duties, but in real life no one is going to find any legal or ethical concerns with whatever you decide to do.
