motion

I'm trying to complete a motion of relief from default. and I'm not sure if I'm completing the form right. I have went on several different web site and can not see just what to do. if you can please help

There is no approved standard form for this type of motion. Because each motion must be tailored to the facts of the case, each must be specially prepared.

If the default is against a corporation then it must hire a lawyer to represent it in court. An individual who has been placed in default can bring such a motion on her own but doing so would be very unwise. It is easy to make mistakes which would derail a motion that would otherwise have been a likely winner, and you will only get one shot at this.
