could the same motion to squash be used for multiple subpeonas sent for the same case.

The short answer is "it depends". Are you an attorney? If not, you probably need an attorney to represent the company (non-attorneys cannot represent a corporation/LLC/etc.).
You would probably be better off asking your question with more detail to get a better answer.
Lastly, I'm not sure that business law is the correct forum for your question especially with such limited information.
