Motorcycle repair/mechanics lien
My husband and I own a motorcycle sales and repair shop and would like to know whether there are any laws which allow for us to place a mechanics lien on bikes and engines that we have worked on and whether we can charge customers to store their bikes and equipment if they have not picked them up within a specific amount of time.
