Maybe, but not without going to a lawyer in person and going over all the facts, circumstances and details. Also, the time for challenging a judgment is VERY short. You need to see a lawyer NOW.

Is it a California judgment? You posted the question under California law, but it's not clear whether the judgment was entered here, in Nevada, or someplace else. Unless the judgment was in a federal case, your options will depend on what the law says in the state where it was entered.

For now I will presume we're talking about a state-court case here in California. Whether and how you can challenge the judgment will depend on how you got to this point. Among the key questions: Were you unaware of the lawsuit until recently? Were you ever served with process? (If so, I'd also want to know how; service often is done incorrectly.) How long ago was the judgment entered? There are a number of other issues that could matter a great deal.

You should discuss your situation with qualified counsel ASAP. The lawyer should be licensed in the state where the judgment was entered. It would help to choose someone in or near the city where the courthouse is located, but that's not essential. Feel free to contact me directly if you'd like. I have over 20 years of experience, and have spent much of my time in recent years on LLC-related cases.

Whether I hear from you or not, good luck.
