Help needed
I purchased a new car from a dealership on 11/22/2008 and on 12/05/2008 they called me and told me that i had to return the car because4 the bank would not buy the contract. They cashed one of the deposit checks of 2,000.00. I told them they where passed the 10 day grace period and that they would hhave to finance it them selves. He told me that they would just repo the car and i would lose my deposit. Then on 12/12/2008 they cashed the second part of my deposit of 1,000.00. What should i do ?????? Please help!!!!!!

You were smart not to let them scare you. You should be so lucky that they would repo your car and give you a free lawsuit. Write them a letter, certified mail return receipt -- never do business verbally -- and tell them that if they repo the car, you'll sue, and where should you send the payments. If you like I'll send the letter on my letterhead for a reasonable fee.
