Legal Question in Business Law in California
I have a Nevada corporation and a foreign status with certificate of good standing in California. In California I have a dab under this corporation. I want to convert to being a California Corp and drop Nevada. What to do?

There are several ways to accomplish this. Basically, they amount to forming the new California corporation, then either transferring the assets or merging the Nevada corporation into it. You can't however simply convert a corporation formed in one state into a corporation formed in another. I suggest you get professional tax advice and perhaps legal advice as well, especially if the existing corporation has employees, outside stockholders and/or significant assets and liabilities.
