Non Profit Medical Marijuana Dispensiary

Starting a Non Profit Medical Marijuana Dispensary requires a permit from the state board of equalization and a non profit corporation, what other permits do I need to get it going?

How do I know if the site complies with zoning requirements?

Should we have the non profit company apply for federal tax exempt status?

You should form a non-profit corporation with a very particulazied set of Bylaws before you apply for anything. That corp will get the permits. The problem will most likely be the city license.
