Legal Question in Business Law in California
I notified a registered agent via email that I was filing a lawsuit and wanted to see if they'd accept service.
They have not responded.
Is a registered agent required to respond to emails?
In this case the Defendant is the registered agent for their LLC, does this change his responsibilities re service.
