Obtain Tax and BK release
How do I obtain release for BK filed 11/01/1992. It is showing on my credit report says discharged status date 03/93.
How do I obtain release from tax lein showing on my credit report over 10 yrs. and has been paid?

You need to contact the reporting agencies to release the BK if ten years has passed.There may be new rules on this.
For the tax lien you should hire a lawyer to draft a certificate of release. I can do both of these for you if you are interested. You have to make sure they did not refile or something did not toll the statute of limitations on collections.
