Legal Question in Business Law in California
Opt out of contract?
Is it possible to opt out of this contract?
This is a contract for lease of space and power within a commercial building.
The following information are provided on the contract: date start, date end, service being provided, monthly cost, and payment terms, which are at the beginning of each month.
There is nothing else provided on the contract.
Is there a way to get out of this?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Opt out of contract?
No one is going to be able to answer this question without reviewing the contract. However, there is a way out of just about any contract... it usually involves paying for it.
