i ordered flowers for mothers day for my mother. Ups says they delivered them but my mom didnt get them. we called and ups told us it wasnt their responsibility. i also paid for over night shipping. what canido?

Telephone your mother on Mothers' Day and send her your best wishes, and tell her that you sent the flowers to her. E-mail a photograph from the florist's website, if you wish. Also, call the flower shop and find out if they messed up the address. Even if they didn't, it was their responsibility to make sure it was delivered to the correct address. You should dispute the charge with your credit card provider.

In what respect was it not their responsibility? It is absolutely their responsibility. Use the tracking number to see who signed for them. Then find a local florist (near mom) that still has some flowers left, and arrange for delivery by the florist. If you can find any.
