Legal Question in Business Law in California
I ordered a satin flower girl dress it came in linen with stains and snags. She shipped it to me it a box and claimed it was custom and non refundable. The tag on the dress has a company name which someone tried to mark out with a pen. The hem were not finished and the sash was held up with store bought ribbon and the sash was not the right purple. I also ordered a wedding dress which was late and was not the same dress shown at the bridal show where I purchased it from Judy Nickles. I was given directions to her apartment where she does business. She would not let me touch or try on the dress and insisted I took it home to try on which I denied. I was not happy with either dress and would like to be refunded my full payment. Now my wedding is a month away and I have purchase a new dress and flower girl dress.
