Legal Question in Business Law in California

Overbilled Thousands of dollars by AT&T

AS a business and client of AT&T telecommunications, I was overbilled approximately $3,500.00 in a 9 month period.. This greatly affected my day to day work flow and concentration.. Not to mention - the service was shut down multiple times for claimed "non-payment".. We spent many hours w/them on the phone with them and the CPUC to no resolve until the next over-billing happened.. Incredibly- they attempted to collect for 960 hours worth of phone usage for 1 month (on one phone line)- well this is impossible as there are only approx. 720 hours in 30 days.. We prepared a spreadsheet and faxed it to AT&T, out of nowhere they begin to issue large credits - but they still have approx $300.00.. There is a company web site w/these numbers posted and they effectively shut us down for their incompetence... Now I KNOW I'm not the only one who has had this happen - Class Action or Individual compensation?

If you're interested, pls respond..

Contact me and we'll discuss it. I would not be interested in a class action most probably. Yet, I may consider an action on your behalf for negligence, fraud, and interference with business.
