overtime law
I have employees who work 6 days a week Mon-sat but less than 40 hours a week. Do I still pay overtime for the six day. I say no , my manager says yes.

You are right and your boss is wrong. Overtime for employees who work less than 40 hours per week doesn't kick in until the 7th day worked in a work week.
