Legal Question in Business Law in California
Ownership Offer
My employer recently presented me with paperwork for stock options and also paperwork for ownership in the company. I have no idea what any of it means and I need legal aid to help me understand what exactly the documents say and what the ramifications are for me, especially with regards to taxes should I accept the ownership offer. I have the documents in a pdf I can email. Please help me understand what I may or may not be getting into.

This may or may not be of benefit for you, depending upon your employment payment arrangement, industry and a host of other variable options. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss further, I would be happy to review them for you.
