Legal Question in Business Law in California
If I have not paid my atty fees, what is the statute of limitation for my atty to sue me? When does the statute of limitation start from? Also, if I have not been in contact with my atty for some time and no work is being done on my case, does she have to withdraw first before she sues me?

If you have a written fee agreement as we are supposed to have with our clients, she has four years from when payment was due. She does not have to withdraw before suing you, although it is generally considered a good idea that we withdraw if we have to sue for fees. Also, she does have to give you the option of going to fee arbitration sponsored by the State Bar before suing.
