Ex parte documents
When the other side servces you with notice of ex parte - other than giving you notice with a phone call and listing off the issues they will seek before the court - what documentation (filings?) do they need to provide to you and when? and how?

The party making the ex parte application generally does not have to provide copies of the moving papers until just before the hearing. The papers often aren't even ready until very late the night before.
