Legal Question in Business Law in California
Ex parte
If the other side calls an ex parte giving you notice of ex parte at 10:00 a.m. on Monday of an ex parte for Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. in which they are seeking several orders, sanctions, etc. and you are not able to be there on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. on such short notice what can you do?
