Did partners break any laws?

I was involved in a group that was planning on creating an LLP

I worked for 4 1/2 months tirelessly

Got into disagreement over other future partners actions

Took some time off 12 days to clear my head (I hadn't taken any breaks)

When I came back, I was informed that they filed papers for LLC without me

From this set of facts, it doesn't sound like any laws were broken. You don't say whether there was any contract or agreement in place, but that might affect whether you are entitled to compensation or shares.
